Requirements for "Isshue - Multi store eCommerce shopping cart"
In this section we will present the recommended configuration under which the theme would work perfectly. Those are not absolute values, the theme performance depends on many factors like the host performance, server configuration and the number of visitors.
Server requirements
Apache or IIS or Nginx
PHP version 7.3 *
MySQL version 5.0 or greater (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater)
Hosting requirements
Hosting actually depend on your Users. You have to calculate how many visitor you are getting every day. If you have more than 10,000 visitor everyday then we will recomend you to Buy a VPS from any reputed hosting company. We Will prefer Bluehost company.Because they are providing very quick service.
Isshue INSTALLATION:
- Please Extract the Isshue-Main.zip folder. Then you will get Isshue_main.zip and Documentation Folder, First read the documentation.
- Now just Upload the Isshue_main.zip file to your server using cPanel or FTP.
- Extract the Isshue_main.zip file
- Now you just access into the your uploaded folder and then move all folders and files (Ex: application, assets,index.php,install and system folders) one step up to public_html directory or can create comment folder and then you can keep it at the folder . Note: Keep in mind about .htaccess file is moved correctly otherwise you cannot access into the admin panel. #####################
- Note that: the instruction will be applicable for all other system. #####################
- Now, Browse your application http://yourdomain.com/install If all requirements successfully meet then click on Next button.And also check Purchase key at your envato Download option : https://themeforest.net/downloads
- Installer second step showing the directory and server requirements and SMTP server. Try to make everything okay, initially SMTP if not enable it will work but for email sending you must setup your serer later otherwise email will not delivere. But you can install the application now.
- *Enter your database name, username, password, host name and click on Next button
- Then wait for 120 Seconds.
- Now add your own User name and password to login in the system. After login please change the user name and password.
- Installation successfully done…
- Now, Click on Click to launch your application button to access your application

*** Note : Each user must be logged in individually as an admin, operator, or in-charge or web user.Here is admin panel login interface. You will need to enter the required email, password and captcha here.
- After successful login you will reach to this Dashboard. In this dashboard, you can see total customer, total product, total supplier and total invoice. You can even directly add pos invoice, new invoice,product, customer, sales report, purchase report,stock report and account summary from here.From the graph, you will be able to see monthly progress report and customer activities. If any customer search anything from your website then it will be visible in latest seach keywords. You can see latest customer reviews, categorywise product list, best sale product, customer activities and finally daily sales,purchase and discount report.

Settings
Go to web setting> settings, from here give the required information and click save changes. That is how you can change your website logo, footer logo, favicon etc.

Slider
Go to slider> then click add slider> select slider language, give slider link, choose slider image, give slider position and then select slider category. Finally click save. You can even delete or edit or inactive language from the slider list.

Advertisement
Go to advertisement> then click add advertisement> select add page, give position, select style and ad type> Finally click submit.

Block
click add block> select category, give block position,select block style and choose image. That is how you can add the block. Also from block list, you can edit, delete, activate or deactivate blocks.

Product Review
When a user will give the product review from the website then it will be visible in your admin panel product review section.

Subscriber
When you subscribe from the website then you will see the subscriber list from the admin panel.

Wish list
Go to wishlist> click add wishlist> From here select your wishlist product and finally save. You can even edit or delete the wishlist

Web Footer
Go to web footer> click add web footer> Write headlines, give details and add position. You can see the web footer details from the website. Also from manage web footer, you can active, inactive, edit or delete web footer.

Link Page
Go to Link page> click add link page> select page, choose image> you can assign RTL or LTR here> finally click save. Also from manage link page you can active, inactive, edit or delete link page information.

Coupon
Go to coupon> click add coupon> write coupon name, select discount type,give discount amount and select strat and end date for coupon>finally click save. Also from the coupon list, you can active, inactive,edit or delete coupons.

Contact Form
From the website, you can add the contact form information. When you will add the information from web then it will be visible from your admin panel. You can even edit or delete contact information from admin panel.

Using the SEO tools, you can track popular product, add google analytics and website meta description. When user will search the product from your website then you can see it from your admin section popular products. You can also see the product category and how many click for that particular product.

Color Setting Front End
In this page you can choose your preferable color color-1 is header section color. color-2 is dropdown and footer section color. color-3 is Menu Bar color color-4 is notification, sign-up button, Footer text border, Go to top button. color-5 is header top bar color. You have to select your preferred color then you can click the save change button.

Color Setting Back End
On this page, you can choose your preferable color color-1 is Left Bar. color-2 is the Top and Bottom Bar. color-3 is Body Background. Color-4 is For All Button Except Edit & Delete Button, color-5 is button font color excpt edit & delete button. You have to select your preferred color then you can click the save change button.
- SSL – Select if you are configuring SMTP with port 465
- TLS – Select if you are configuring SMTP with port 587
- None – Select if you are configuring SMTP with port 25
- Summarized, SSL works with port 465, TLS works with port 587 and if you are trying to configure the SMTP config with
- port 25 (non-secure) there will be no encryption and you should select None.

Payment Gateway Setting
Here you can set your payment gateway but first you have to open an account for your payment gateway.Than you will get public and private key information from your create account and select status then click the save change button.

Here you have to Upload your software logo then your invoice logo and also your Favicon.Then you have to input your footer text, select your country, select your Time zone, select LTR/RTL and also select Captcha status than you have to enter your SMS service than click Save change.
Role :
Email Configuration
In this page you need to add the SMTP protocol, you have to select mail type then add SMTP Host, SMTP Port,then you have to add Sender Email and password then save the change.
In order to configure the send email feature, in Bdtask Softwares navigate to Software Settings ->Email Configuration option.
Below you can read about the email configuration option to get more familiar with, however, in most cases, you will need to adjust only a few of them as mentioned in our examples below.
Mail EngineIsshue Software offers two email engines, one is SMTP and another is PHP Mailer.
If you decide to use PHPMailer (which is recommended), the responsible library for this will be the popular PHP email library PHPMailer, you can read more about the library by clicking here
The other mail engine is the default Codeigniter framework library, more info can be found by clicking here
However, you should not worry about this that much, just select the one that you think fits for you.
Email ProtocolSMTP, Sendmail, and Mail.
It’s highly recommended to configure the SMTP protocol for sending emails if you don’t want to encounter issues with emails going to spam or encoding, the examples below will be strictly for the SMTP protocol as it’s the recommended one.
Email EncryptionEnter your SMTP port
DON’T MIX UP THESE MODES; EMAIL ENCRYPTION SET TO SSL ON PORT 587 OR TLS ON PORT 465 WILL NOT WORK.

Add Supplier
Here you can add the Supplier name, Supplier Mobile, Supplier Email, Vat no, CR no, supplier Address, Supplier Address, Supplier Details, Previous Balance. Then you have to save all the information.

Manage Supplier
On that page, you can check Supplier ID, Supplier Name, Address, Email, Mobile, Details, and action here you can Edit or delete supplier from.

Supplier Ledger
Supplier Ledger you can select a supplier, add from date and to date then you can search it. It shows you all the information about the suppliers. Here you can check The Document, Document Number, Date, Debit, credit, and balance notes.

Supplier Balance Report
On that page, you can search from date and to date for supplier Balance Reports. Here you can check the supplier Name, Debit, Credit, Balance, Mobile Number, Supplier TAX Number, and Supplier’s Commerical Registration Number.

Add Category
On this page, you can add your Category. Here you have Category Name, Parent category, Top Menu, Menu Position, Category Icon, Category Image, Then you have a save option.

Import Category CSV
Here you can find the Import category (CSV), You can download it also you can upload your Product CSV file here.

Manage Category
Here you can check Category ID, Category Name, Parent category, Category Icon, Category Image, status, and action option here you can edit or delete the category.

Add Brand
Here you can add all Brand names, you can select the Brand images, also you can add websites.

Manage Brand
On this page you can check Brand ID, Brand Name, Brand Image, websites, and Action here you can edit or delete Brand.

Add Variant
Here you can add a new Variant. you have to input variant Name, you have to select variant Type and also category then save it.

Here you can Check Variant Id, Variant Name, and Variant Type, and in the action part, you can edit or delete it.

Add Unit
here you have to add a unit. You need the unit Name and unit short name then you have to save it you can also save and add another unit.

On this page, you can check unit Id, Unit Name, and Unit short Name, and on the action page, you can edit or delete it.

Add Filter
Here you add Filter Type and Filter Names then you have to save it.

Here you can check your Filter Type, Filter Name, categories, And the action file you can edit or delete filtration

Add Product
Here you can add new suppliers, Categories, you can check to manage products, Import products and also product Ledger. For a new product, you have to input Product Name, Filter Type, Warrantee, Category, Filter Names, Bar code, and also you can input details.
Here you have to select unit option, Brand option, type, Best sale, and tag, you can also give a Review and Description.
In this Part, you have to set your price. Here you have to provide Sell Price, Supplier Price, Offer, Item code, you have to select Supplier, you can add Variant and Default Variant and also color and the Video Link.
In this part, you have to add an image.
Here you can select your language then you can add product name and details, description, and specifications

Import Product CSV
Here you can input the Import Product (CSV)file you can download it and also you can upload and submit it.

Manage Product
Here you can manage your product. You can check Product Id, Product Name, Supplier, Category, Unit, Sell Price, Supplier Price, Offer Price, Image, and Action in this part you can Scan QR code or Barcode also you can View, Edit, or delete the form here.

On this page, you can add your product Image. You Just Have to select the Product.

Here you can manage Images you can check them and edit or delete them.

Add Assemble Product
Here you can add a new assemble Product in the Product Information you have Name, Image, Category, and Item Code. In the product Selection part you have Tile, Sub-tile, Required, Change Quantity.

Add Currency
In the add currency system, you can add new currency and the information of that currency based on your preference. You can add multiple currency. But you must have to a default currency.

Manage Currency
In this section you will get the currency list you have added. Also you can edit & delete the currency from the list and using the Add Currency button you can go back to Add Currency section again.
Accounting :

Fiscal Year
You will see the list of Fiscal Year and you can add the Fiscal Year from here. Also you can Update fiscal year from the list.
You can add new Fiscal Year from here by setting the information. You have to write the title, fiscal year starting date and end date. Then submit the information.

Chart of Accounts
In "Chart of Accounts" all the transectional headcode and their present sum of all transection is presented in a "Tree View" structure

Here You will add "Opening Balence" to any transectional head whenever needed.

You can see the product price list supplier wise from here. Also you can see the stock.

On that page, you have to select the supplier, product, from date, and to date then you can search it or print the information. Here you can check date, product Model, Price, In QNTY, Out QUNTY, In Amount, Out Amount, Stock also you can edit the stock report list, unpin the report, and reload the report.

Stock Report (Store Wise)
Here you can search Store, product, start date, and end date also you can print your report. On that page, you can check product name, Variant, sell Price, Supplier price, Purchase, Sell, transfer Quantity, Receive Quantity, Stock.

Stock Adjustment
Here you can adjust your stock. You can add a new item. You can add a store, Details, and date. You can check Item imformation, Variant, Ava. Quantity, Adjustment Type, Adjusted Quantity, and also you have a delete option so that you can delete that information.

On that page, you can add stock adjustment and also you can check store, date, details, status, created by, and action.

Here you can add voucher no, voucher date, enter to, details and you can add a new item here. And just submit the details.
Sale :

New Sale
From new invoice page or new sale you can add the customer name, store name or you can add new customer from here. Also you will get the item information like item quantity, batch number, rate, unit etc. You can delete the iteam information from here. You can write the invoice details also. You can check the CGST,IGST,Invoice Details, Invoice Details, Product Discount,Invoice Discount,Service Charge, Shipping Charge ,Grand Total and Due. Also new iteam,payment can be added from here.

Manage Sale
From this page you can add new invoice, POS Invoice.Also you can search them from here by invoice no, customer name. You can see the whole list of invoice.You can add,update,edit,delete,copy that.

POS Sale
In this page you can see New sale, Todays sale and Day close. Also all the Category of products. You can scane the Barcode or QR code or even you can add the barcode manually. You can add the customer name/phone according to store name.

Invoice Text
You can go to the manage invoice option. Also you can add invoice text for multiple times.

Order CSV Export
On that page, you can check your Order CSV file.

Pad Print Settings
Add pad print Setting, here you can add the Header and footer for your pad print setting.

Captcha Print Settings
On that page, you have to set your captcha settings.
Order :

New Order
Go to order> click new order> select customer name or you can add the new customer here,select store,date,product name,variant(ava.qty will be visible after that),now you can give the quantity and your price will show automatically. You can give product or invoice discount or service charge but these are not mandatory field. Finally you give the amount you you want to pay. If you want to pay full payment then you can choose full pain option. Finally click the submit button. You can even print the order after that.

Manage Order
From manage order you can search the customer order by order no, customer name,date and status. When you will search then you will see that particular customer's total order. From manage order option, you can view the pending or approve order. You can edit or delete the order. Also for the order you can even send the direct invoice from here.
Quotation :

In this Page you can add your coustomar Name, Store also you can add new customar and new Item thenyou can submit it.

Here you can add new Quotation also you can see quatstion no, customar name, Date and Expire date, Invoice no and status also you can download it
Store :

Add Store
From this page you can add the store information. You can add store name, store address, store default status.You must have to have a default store. Also you can go to the manage store option, store transfer option, manage store product option.

Import Store CSV
You can add store CSV file from here.Also you can download it from here and add multiple file.

From this page you can see the store information list.You can see the store ID, name, address. Also you can update the store status and delete the store information.

Store Transfer
In this page you can add store name, transfer store name, Item information,batch number, quantity etc. Also you can delete the information. You can add multiple iteam information.

Manage Store Product
In this page you will see the product type, quantity according to store name. So easily you will find , which store contain which product and which store have how much supply of that product.

From the warrantee page, you can see the product name, quantity, purchase date and warrantee period of that product.Also you can track the warranty expire date from here.

Invoice Return
In the Invoice return form you'll find a single input of invoice number to search product of a perticular invoice.
After you hit the search button you'll find the product list. At the left corner of every you'll see a select box and you can select product individually or you can just hit the top left select box to have all product selected
At the bottom of the product list you will find two buttons the green one is simply a Return button and the red one is Wastage button

If a product of an invoice is returned then the return detail will appear in this data-table and you have to update return status to complete the return process

If a product of an invoice is selected as a wastage then the wasted details will appear in this data-table
